Bright, a limited handmade art print designed and screen printed by Levi, visualized the symbolic meaning of a logogram - 明 (Bright).
日+月=明
明 (Bright) is a Han character, formed by two Han characters: 日 (sun) and 月 (moon). When the sun☀️ comes across the moon🌙, these two pictograms join together and become an ideogram, which implies bright✨.
After more than 3000 years in Sino-culture, this logographic character got developed to current state from oracle bone script. (This development process is shown on the low part of the print, 7 versions of this character, left to right.)
