Further than being a Design Manager, as a Chief Design Officer, I aimed at creating and updating the brand identity visually within different aspects from the industry and monitors all materials published coherently with the core
corporate design code. Solutions and strategies would be given out once any production requested. The production flow and design process are needed to be well managed, so that other designers can carry out the tasks smoothly and the
output files can be delivered to other parties on times and accurately.
General job responsibilities of the Chief Design Officer:
- Direct the design team and monitor the working progress
- Digest all production tasks and
give out the solutions and strategies
- Demonstrate branding concepts and design skills of various design projects including all kinds of publication, products, advertising & events and online materials
- Balance all
requirements from different parties and design the most suitable one
- Design, hold and maintain the corporate visual identity
- Manage video production for TVC / social media / corporate introduction / animation / 3D model
building
and rendering
- Assist and monitor marketing events in visual branding aspect
- Conduct presentation to the management meeting
- Handle any company internal task, such as office floor plan, urgent request on photo shooting

- Think systematically and critically with long vision for the directive planning
- Deal with any emergent design request
